WESTERN ROTARY VENTILATOR COMPANY was established in 1921 to engineer and build ventilation products under the WESTERNAIREŽ trade name. In 1973 a new independent division was formed to develop and market high-efficiency HVAC equipment. The corporation has generated its own steady growth requiring the constant attention of management so it can quickly adapt to the constantly changing demands. In February of 1993, a group of former engineers and managers formed WESTAIRE ENGINEERING, INC., and acquired all the rights, title and interests of the WESTERNAIREŽ trade name along with all affiliated products.
